Recipes / Usage

  • Tribal Recipe / Usage: Sharbat:
    Dice 1 muskmelon and blend it for juice. Boil ¼ cup sabudana in 3 cups of water until soft. In a bowl, mix 3 cups of water with ¼ cup custard powder and cook until thick. Add ¼ cup sugar, cool, and mix with muskmelon juice. Add 2 tbsp sabja seeds, boiled sabudana, 2 tbsp each of cashew, pistachios, badam, and dates. Chill and enjoy the muskmelon sharbat.
