Tribal Recipe / Usage: Jackfruit sabji:
In a bowl, take 15 pieces of raw jackfruit, soaked in salt water to prevent discoloration. Add ½ cup curd, spices, and marinate for 30 minutes. Fry marinated jackfruit in 2 tbsp oil. In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté spices, onion, and ginger garlic paste. Add more spices and tomatoes, cook well. Mix in fried jackfruit, add water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Finish with garam masala and coriander.
