    To prepare, roast black gram lentils, coriander seeds, and dry chilies in coconut oil. Grind with grated coconut and tamarind, using water. Chop potatoes, onions, and ginger. Slit green chilies and clove beans. Cook by sautéing mustard and fenugreek seeds, then adding vegetables, salt, ground paste, turmeric, and water. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
